1. product description
chromium alloy ball is widely used in cement preparation, metal mine, coal slurry thermal power, chemical engineering, ceramic coatings, light industry papermaking, magnetic materials and other industries for powder preparation and ultra-fine processing. The surface hardness of high-chromium alloy casting balls can reach 65HRC, and the surface hardness of low-chromium alloy casting balls can reach 45HRC or more. And the average hardness gradient distribution, low wear, good toughness, less fragmentation, product quality is not lower than the GB/T17445-2009 standard, from beginning to end will not be deformed, out of round. Improve the specific surface area of cement and concentrate recovery rate, while increasing the mill production capacity, extend the service life of mill liners, and greatly reduce the company's production costs.
2. Production Process
Medium frequency electric furnace is used for smelting and micro alloying of high quality scrap steel, chrome alloy and other alloy materials, quenching and tempering, and recasting with steel mold; pouring by constant temperature casting method to ensure that the product has no quality defects such as sand, porosity and collapse; Heat treatment oil quenching process, quenching and tempering change the internal structure of the sphere, reduce the stress inside the sphere, ensure the fracture rate, and further improve the performance after quenching; advanced spectral detection is used in front of the furnace, after the furnace, semi-finished products and finished products to ensure chemistry Stable composition and performance.
3. Classification of chromium alloy cast ball and technical parameters
Chrome alloy casting balls can be classified into high chromium alloy casting balls, medium chromium alloy casting balls and low chromium alloy casting balls according to their chemical compositions.
