Working Principle
When working, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly after decelerating through triangle belt, reducer and gear. The sand and stone enter the washing tank by the feed tank, roll under the impeller, grind each other, remove the impurity covering the sand surface, and destroy the water vapor layer coated with the sand particles, so as to facilitate dehydration; at the same time, add water to form a strong water flow. Timely remove impurities and foreign bodies with small specific gravity, and discharge from the overflow outlet wash tank to complete the cleaning function. Clean sand and stone are taken away by the blade. In the process of slowly rising, the water begins to seep through the sand net and fall into the washing trough. One is to form sand and stone dehydration, and the other is to make full use of water to save water.
