(1)Product Description
High-chromium alloy cast iron generally refers to alloy white iron with chromium content of 8% to 26% and carbon content of 2.0% to 3.6%. Medium chromium alloy cast iron generally refers to chromium content of 4% to 6%. The amount of carbon in the range of 2.0% to 3.2% of the alloy white iron; low chromium alloy cast iron generally refers to the amount of chromium in the 1% to 3%, carbon content in the range of 2.1% to 3.6% of the alloy white iron. Its remarkable feature is that the M7C3 type eutectic carbide has a microhardness of HV1300~1800, which is broken mesh and isolated and distributed on the matrix of martensite (the hardest matrix in the metal matrix), which reduces the splitting effect on the matrix. . Therefore, the high-chromium alloy liner has high strength, toughness and high wear resistance of the ball mill, and its performance represents the highest level of current metal wear-resistant materials.
(2)Production process
Intermediate frequency electric furnace smelting, microalloying, quenching, and other alloy materials of high-quality scrap steel, chromium alloy, etc., casting and shaping with sand casting; pouring by constant temperature pouring method to ensure that the product has no quality defects such as sand inclusion, porosity, collapse, etc.; The oil quenching process, quenching and tempering changes the internal structure of the liner and further enhances the mechanical properties; advanced spectroscopic inspections are used in front of the furnace, after the furnace, semi-finished products and finished products to ensure chemical composition and performance are stable.
Note: If the above products need to adjust the chemical composition or add other alloying elements, Contractually agreed.
