For all kinds of waste circuit boards, printed circuit boards and processing waste, frame materials, scraps and other raw materials to have a professional and reasonable recycling process. The waste circuit board raw materials are transported to the metal shredder through belt conveyor for primary grinding, and the crushed material are then transported through belt conveyor to the circuit board fine crusher for grinding, and the crushed material are transported by the fans to the analyzer for sorting. A large amount of epoxy resin powder and a small amount of metal powder were separated and stored uniformly after being collected by cyclone feeder and dust collector. The remaining epoxy resin and metal particles are sifted through a bucket elevator to a straight screen. Materials above 1.5mm are returned to fine crusher to be broken again . Materials less than 1.5mm are separated by high voltage electrostatic separator. Make metal powder and nonmetal powder completely separate.
