Solution for heat generation of sand and gravel production line equipment

Sand and gravel production line is widely used in mining. Various problems will be encountered when using the equipment. If the equipment is in a hot condition, you can deal with it according to the following methods.
1. Due to excessive wear of the transmission bearings, the gear meshing is incomplete or severely damaged, resulting in loose bolts and vibration during production.
Solution: Adjust the gap between the gears, replace parts in time, and re-tighten the bolts to ensure the stability of the equipment in work.
2. Slurry leaking from the top of the drum washer. The reason is that the bolts between the equipment are loose, and the gaskets are seriously worn.
Solution: Add lubricating oil in time to rotate the bearing, adjust or replace the worn device.
3. The sander bearing is overheating, or the power may produce abnormal sound. During the bearing installation process, attention should be paid to the correct installation. Some items should not be allowed to enter the bearing. The amount of material should be moderate. Regular lubrication and cleaning should be performed. The system sander will work. Impact sound. This phenomenon also occurs when the rotating bearing or the connecting bolt of the sand making machine is loose, then you need to stop the inspection to remove foreign objects and gear wear and replace, and tighten the bolt.
