1. During the use of the mill, a fixed person should take care of it. Operators must be given technical training before installation, understand the principle and performance of the mill, and be familiar with the operating procedures. 2. Since Raymond mills generally work outdoors, the broken material is ore, so operators must pay attention to prohibit metal blocks from entering the machine. If metal blocks enter the mill, they should be stopped immediately and taken out, otherwise it will damage the roller and Grinding ring.
3. During the use of the grinding mill, it is necessary to strictly control the moisture of the material. Materials with too high water content can easily cause the fine powder in the mill to occupy the grinding body due to its excessive viscosity, which seriously affects the quality and output of the product. 4. The feed must be carried out according to the prescribed standard, otherwise it will cause uneven particle size of the product and affect the grinding effect.
5. It is necessary to grasp the adjustment of the air volume according to the fineness  and output requirements of the discharge; whether the air volume is too large or the air volume is too small will have a bad influence on the effect of the Raymond mill. 6. After using the grinder for a period of time, it should be repaired, and at the same time, repair and replace the wearing parts such as the grinding ring blade of the grinding roller. Whether the lubricating grease is added enough.
7. Master the correct shutdown method. Before stopping, the feeding should be stopped in advance. Only when there is no remaining material in the machine room of the mill, the power can be cut off. After the grinding work is stopped, the fan motor can be stopped after blow off the remaining powder .
