How to test the ball mill under the no-load test?running & loaded test running?

Time:2020/06/01 author:admin News List

The no-load test run of the ball mill means idling without the installation of steel balls and ore materials. The idle time is generally not less than four hours, under normal circumstances it takes 8-16 hours to run. The longer the test run time, the better the running-in of the main bearing and gear tooth surface.
The no-load test run should meet the following requirements:
1. The lubrication of each lubrication point is normal, and there is no oil leakage.
2. The temperature of the main bearing of the mill should not exceed 50 ° C.
3. The mill runs smoothly, and the gear transmission has no abnormal noise.
4. There is no looseness of the ball mill lining and various transmission parts.
5. The operation of each department meets the maintenance requirements.
After the ball mill is idling for a specified time, you can stop the ball mill, carefully check all working parts, tighten the liner bolts, and eliminate the defects found.
After there is no problem with the ball mill idling, the load test can be carried out. Load test run should be gradually added until full load. Run for 10-20 hours after normal feeding.
The following requirements should be met during load operation:
1. The work is stable without periodic sharp vibration.
2. The current of the main motor does not fluctuate abnormally.
3. The lubrication of each lubrication point is normal, and the temperature of the main bearing does not exceed 60 ℃.
4. The bolts, manholes, flange joints and seals of each working part of the mill are free from water leakage and slurry leakage.
